The first step is to take an organizational assessment.
The assessment will help to identify your organization’s “life stage” in the organizational development process. There are 5 stages of a nonprofit based on the identified needs from your organization’s assessment, we will help you identify your next steps. For example, we may suggest that you seek board training or help with strategic planning.
