Are you thinking about moving from an idea to a business?   Is it time to move from being an informal group to a Hawai‘i nonprofit or a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit?  Is your nonprofit exploring how to generate income?       Are you considering a change from sole proprietor to a limited liability company?       Is your for-profit business exploring possible creation of a nonprofit?
